  • Never auto-send an email.

    Drafts are drafts. The Send key is yours.

  • Never auto-RSVP a meeting.

    Accept, Tentative, or Decline is your call.

  • Never auto-delete or auto-archive.

    Rules can archive on conditions you wrote. AI cannot.

  • Never run a destructive action without confirmation.

    Anything the AI wants to change shows you a confirmation first.

  • Never log prompt text.
