Which email and calendar accounts does it work with?
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365. Connect more than one and they share a single inbox and a single calendar, and meetings pick up their own Teams or Meet links. Your accounts stay where they are; Syncro is the workspace on top.
Do I have to leave my current email client?
No. Syncro connects to your existing Gmail or Outlook over their official APIs, so nothing is migrated or deleted. You keep the accounts you already have and get a faster, keyboard-first place to work through them, where every core action has a key.
Can I control the AI, or turn it off?
Yes. A single master switch in Settings turns every AI feature off, and zero tokens are spent while it is off. Left on, the AI only drafts and suggests. It never sends an email, books a meeting, or deletes anything without your keystroke, and it never logs the text of your messages.
Is there a free plan?
No free tier, but every plan opens with a seven-day trial, card up front, so you can run your real inbox through it before you pay. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged, with no follow-up sequence.
What does the AI actually do?
It sorts incoming mail into buckets, summarizes long threads, drafts replies in your voice, and suggests tasks with a deadline and a time estimate. You review and confirm each one.
Can I switch between Pro and BYOK?
Yes. Routing mode is a single setting in Settings → AI. Switch any time; nothing breaks mid-month. Any provider keys you added stay put if you flip back to Pro, and you can remove them whenever.
Which AI providers does BYOK support?
Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, and OpenRouter (which fans out to 300+ models). Use one key for everything, or wire different providers to different surfaces. Small fast models for triage, larger ones for drafts.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your card on file is charged for the tier you picked at signup. You can cancel any time during the trial, with no charge and no follow-up sequence.
